I will accept payment from customers' banking institutions who utilize the payment/send app Zelle. The Zelle app is easier to use than PayPal and there are no fees. I highly recommend Zelle over PayPal. Due to some buyers not understanding PayPal's Friends & Family payment option, I will only accept F&F on the condition the buyer communicates to me via email, that they understand the payment procedure. Once an item sells, shipping charges are the buyers' responsibility and are added to the buyers final fee. Postal insurance, which must be requested before a sale is completed, is the buyers responsibility. To minimize the shipping charges, RRT will ship the item or items in a economical package or container. Items shipped will have a tracking number. If for some reason the package is not received, damaged or lost, RRT cannot be held responsilble. The buyer will have the tracking number and seeking restituion will be with the USPS. The shipping charges for mailing a lock is $9.00. 1st-Class-shipping (tracking included) will be utilized to ship a key/keys and is $4.00. Note: For safety and reliability, I recommend any key/keys over $125, to be shipped Priority Mail.International Shipping: Your address + weight + size of package will determine the price. MiscellaneousKEYS / Miscellaneous Items: All key/keys and miscellaneous items sold are final. "To err is human." I type all my own CSS/HTML coding. LOCKS: RRT offers a 10 day return policy on all lock sets. All locks are inspected to see if they are in working order. Any defects are noted in the synopsis. This return offer does not apply to locks sold "as is" without keys. As a courtesy to the buyer, all locks are de-rusted, oiled and ready for use. If you are not completely satisfied you may return the lock and key no questions asked. Items must be in the same condition as when shipped. Upon receipt of returned items, RRT will issue a refund. Shipping cost for returned items are the buyers responsibility. Oil Lanterns: All oil lanterns are sold "as is" and sales are final. All lanterns refurbished are fully functional. Any defects are noted in the synopsis.
